| Description: | The purpose of this Proposal request (RFP) is to engage a contractor to handle the collection and disposal of London Hydro’s scrap metal material through a three (3) year contract. As part of the contract the bidder is to supply, at no cost to London Hydro, “Lugger or Roll Off” type bins for the containment of all scrap materials prior to removal by the Contractor. The bins will be located at our yard at 111 Horton Street as shown on the attached drawing. The London Hydro Materials Management Department will be responsible for controlling the materials placed in the bins to ensure the quality of the scrap materials. |
