The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) document is to obtain the professional services of a qualified vendor to provide UX Design and CMS solution implementation services for London Hydro’s corporate website.  London Hydro is looking for a partner who can demonstrate experience and capabilities to deliver best in class digital transformation and is able to provide the resources to support a CMS refresh lifecycle through discovery, define, design, training, implementation, validation and stabilization phases.
