This Request for Proposal has been issued by London Hydro Incorporated (London Hydro) to obtain PCB storage site decommissioning services to decontaminate and decommission London Hydro’s former Substation #2 PCB storage site.  Abatement of asbestos-containing materials within the work areas will be required prior to PCB decontamination.  The PCB storage site is located at 825 Cabell Street, London, Ontario. 

London Hydro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide all labour, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision as required to complete the scope of work.

MANDATORY SITE MEETING to take place October 7th.
